0165(2)(g) Playpen was under or near a window. 0165(2)(c) There was some coffee cord in the dining room. 0165(5)(b) The outlet near the kitchen sink and the restroom sink were not showing GFCI. 0165(2)(d) There were some plastics in the kitchen cabinets and outside the porch area. 0165(3)(f) There were cabinets not secure. 0165(4)(e) The water in the restroom sink was too hot measuring at 128 degrees F.
